At Oasis, we incorporate a healthy way of life as part of the addiction recovery programmes we offer.

Clients take part in a daily beach walk or swim, weekly horse riding, Sivananda Yoga, nature excursions as well as a deep-sea adventure and an overnight International Outward Bound programme. Team building and inter-personal skills are explored and built upon during these activities. This is extremely beneficial to clients as they gain valuable life skills for dealing with 'life on life's terms' when they are discharged.

Our in-client facilities are perfectly located at our rehab in Plett, South Africa, as the town is well established in terms of providing a good meeting structure for our clients; a vital part of addiction recovery programmes. The town has many regular 12 Step recovery programme meetings and it is compulsory for our clients to attend at least two of these per week.
