| Although different members have different functions, we maintain a well-integrated treatment centre team at Oasis consisting of qualified addiction counsellors; each department at our Plettenberg Bay treatment centre has addiction therapists that are aware and supportive of the roles of others. |

Anstice Wright |
Born and raised in the English countryside and educated at a prestigious private boarding school, Anstice spent time as an international model before marrying and raising three children. Addiction crept up and hit hard and she went into treatment. Beaten but still bubbling, she immediately knew that she was in the right place; people were speaking her language and she was not alone. Thus started a passion to help others to walk the same road. |

| After doing voluntary work and a year's course in addiction counselling, Anstice finally started using her brain and completed five years of post-graduate psychotherapy training. The individual analysis that accompanies this training has helped her to find out what makes her tick, enabling her to pass this knowledge on to others to help them out of their own self-imposed prisons. |
| Working at Roehampton Priory Hospital in Britain as one of the qualified addiction counsellors and as a psychotherapist in private practice, it was time for another challenge and the acceptance of a post leading the Oasis treatment team in South Africa. |
